This prepares leaders to meet the challenges posed by new work settings. Some transitional coaching engagements involve on-boarding assignments that are designed to prepare newly hired executives for transitions into new corporate cultures.
This prepares professionals to assume broader leadership roles in the organization, as the result of promotional moves, or job scope expansions due to rapid organization growth or the integration of different job functions.
While Transitional and Developmental Coaching are frequently used to help leaders prepare for future work challenges, Remedial Coaching takes a corrective stance in helping your leaders to get their performance back on track. Through Remedial Coaching methodology we focus our efforts on exploring your leaders’ leadership style issues that are related to shortfalls in their own or their teams’ performance. Leadership style issues frequently center on such ‘career derailment factors’ as arrogance, insensitivity to others, or the failure to build a strong base of influence in the organization.
