In this course, participants will learn and adopt proven strategies that will help them ‘own’ and create collaborative, reciprocal, and perfectly balanced relationships with their bosses.

One of the keys to creating an engaged and productive work force is effective leadership. However what is lost on many organizations is the concept of ‘managing up.’ It is necessary to train a workforce to be knowledgeable regarding, and focused on ‘managing up.’

  • The Three Success Factors in taking responsibility for their own success and learn strategies that will directly and peacefully address issues identified as hurdles.
  • The processes through which they identify the patterns that cause and sustain problems in their interactions with their boss, and in turn focus on solutions that improve their own overall performance.
  • Communication strategies to drive mutual agreements and accountability – with their bosses.
