Success Isn’t Just Achievable—It’s Inevitable

course curriculum: Goal-Achieving

This six-module course provides a transformative framework to move beyond goal setting and into goal-achieving mastery. You will learn how to integrate hard skills, soft skills, and subconscious beliefs and belief patterns transformation for goal-achieving and lasting success.

Course format:

This goal-achieving course is delivered through two live, interactive online sessions, each combining expert instruction, guided exercises, and practical tools. Participants will actively engage in uncovering and reprogramming limiting beliefs, aligning their vision with actionable steps, and crafting a personalized success blueprint for lasting success and goal-achieving.


 Introducing The Haamee Method (for permanent, positive, and rapid change):


The Haamee Method is the advanced framework that supercharges the goal-achieving process. It goes beyond surface-level change work by integrating neuroscience, quantum mechanics, and cognitive-behavioral techniques to address and reprogram the underlying neural pathways driving your subconscious patterns. Through this method, you will not only transform your mindset (subconscious beliefs) but also align your actions, enabling permanent, positive, and rapid change. 

 

Foundation of The Haamee Method (The Science Behind It):


  • Neuroscience: Reprogramming subconsciously held limiting beliefs and rewiring limiting neural pathways.
  • Quantum Mechanics: At its core, reality is a field of infinite possibilities, where outcomes materialize through intention and observation. When Subconsciously Held Limiting Beliefs (SHLBs) are released, individuals break free from self-imposed constraints, becoming intentional creators of their reality and unlocking achievements once thought beyond reach.
  • Cognitive Behavioral Strategies: Participants will gain the tools to identify and reframe unhelpful thought patterns, empowering them to cultivate emotional resilience, enhance decision-making, and take purposeful action toward their goals.


Week 1: Modules 1, 2, & 3

Module 1:  Goal Setting vs. Goal-Achieving:


Understand why goal setting is only 10% of the journey and why goal-achieving and success require continuous execution, overcoming barriers, and aligning actions with your personal vision and mission. 

Key Concepts:

  • The Illusion of Goal Setting: Setting goals is just 10% of the journey. It provides direction but does not guarantee success.
  • Common pitfalls: Over-reliance on goal-setting techniques without addressing the subconscious belief saboteurs.
  • The 90% That Matters: Achieving goals requires skills building and subconscious change work. 
  • Without intentional action and mindset shifts, even well-defined goals often remain unfulfilled.
  • Participants will reflect on personal challenges in achieving goals to identify gaps in skills, emotions, or subconscious beliefs.

  

Module 2: Life Alignment – Foundation of Goal-Achieving


Learn how to create and align your life vision, mission, and SMART goals designing a clear roadmap for purposeful and motivated action. Participants will define their personal vision, mission, and SMART goals, ensuring they work cohesively to achieve meaningful success.

Key Concepts: 

  • Life Vision: Provides the compass for your journey (Destination).
  • Mission: Translates vision into meaningful actions (Roadmap).
  • SMART Goals: Makes the abstract actionable (Vehicle).
  • When your vision, mission, and goals are aligned, you operate with clarity, purpose, and motivation.

  

Module 3: The Three Dimensions of Goal-Achieving Mastery


Explore the interplay between hard skills, soft skills, and Subconscious Beliefs as essential components of goal-achieving mastery. Participants will identify those Subconsciously Held Limiting Beliefs (SHLBs) that act as silent goal-achieving saboteurs.

Key Concepts: 

  • Dimenstion1: Hard Skills: Technical abilities for precise execution.
  • Examples: Licenses, Coding, financial analysis, project management.
  • Dimentsion2: Soft Skills: Emotional intelligence and interpersonal abilities.
  • Examples: Communication, empathy, leadership.
  •  Dimenstion3: Change Work: 
  • When Dimension 1 and 2 are in place, and still not achieving goals:
  • Identify Subconsciously Held Limiting Beliefs (SHLBs): Deep-rooted patterns that sabotage progress.
  • Remap belief patters.
  • Examples: Self-doubt, procrastination, fear of failure, anxiety, imposter syndrome.


Week 2 - Modules 4, 5, & 6

Module 4: Introducing The Change Work


This module establishes the foundational principles of transformative change work: Awareness, Accountability, and Action. 


These pillars provide a structured approach to uncovering subconscious barriers, embracing responsibility for one’s (subconscious) thoughts and behaviors, and engaging in and executing deliberate, aligned conscious to subconscious change work through The Haamee Method. 

Key Concepts:

  • Mastery of these principles is essential for unlocking potential and creating lasting goal-achieving and success, forming the groundwork for deeper transformation through the Haamee Method.
  • Lasting transformation begins with change work, a process grounded in three key principles:
  • Awareness: Recognizing the subconscious patterns, behaviors, and beliefs that shape your decisions and outcomes. This step involves uncovering hidden barriers like Subconsciously Held Limiting Beliefs (SHLBs) that may be silently sabotaging progress.
  • Accountability: Taking responsibility for those patterns and owning the process of change. This includes acknowledging how your actions (or inaction) contribute to the gap between your current reality and your desired outcomes.
  • Action: Implementing intentional and consistent steps to reprogram limiting beliefs, align behaviors with goals, and sustain positive progress.
  • Identifies SHLBs through reflection and inquiry. 
  • Remaps neural pathways using synaptic change work.· Participants will begin reprogramming limiting beliefs through proprietary change work and reflective activities and actionable strategies.  


Module 5: Coming From the Future:


You will master the "future-to-present" framework by reverse-engineering goals from their desired outcome step-by-step, to present actions. Participants will create a step-by-step roadmap to bridge the gap between long-term aspirations and immediate tasks.

Key Concepts:

  • The Coming from the Future (Future-to-Present) Framework.
  • Start with the goal.
  • Reserve engineer from the future to define key milestones and immediate actions all the way to the present.


Module 6: Bringing It All Together:


You will synthesize the concepts learned in the course to create a personalized success blueprint that aligns skills, subconscious beliefs, and actions. 

You will commit to actionable next steps, ensuring sustained transformation and progress beyond the course.

Key Concepts:

  • Integration of the Three Dimensions:
  •  Hard Skills, Soft Skills, and SHLB change work must work together.
  • The Power of Alignment.
  • Life vision, mission, and SMART goals should remain in harmony.
  • The Journey Beyond the Course.
